Our Proven Process
Phase 1 - Research and Potential Candidate Identification
First, we meet with you to define the position requirements. After our meeting, we develop the detailed position specification and begin an extensive research effort through our proprietary Executive Grid database, talking to industry experts and examining numerous other targeted companies and key competitors.
Phase 2 – Candidate Contact, Evaluation and Presentation
We network throughout targeted companies and assess identified executive candidates to determine the level of qualifications and interest. Next, we conduct extensive in-person interviews and employ our Executive Grid assessment techniques with the most qualified candidates. Afterwards, we prepare a detailed candidate profile outlining each candidate’s experience, abilities and relevant issues. And this point, we strongly recommend you interview the selected candidates presented to you.
Phase 3 - Client Interviews, Referencing, Offer, Negotiation, Closure & Transition Management
Although the selection and retention of the candidate is primarily your responsibility, we remain closely involved in this final phase. This includes coordination of meetings between you and the candidates; communication of meeting results to you and the candidates; development of a strategy for negotiation and final offer; management of a thorough reference-checking process; closing of applicable agreements; and management of the transition period before and after the candidate’s appointment.
